Dear Doctor Riera!
Good afternoon!
I don't want to give an important opinion becuse it
will be very small compared to the importance of the
Brugada Symposium! Congratulations! I appeciated all
the exchange of informations and the widespread participation
of scientists! Sincerly it was a good job! Congrutaltions
again, and thank you very much for giving me a chance
to contribute to this elegant symposium! I hope that
this kind of "exchanging knowledge" could
be extended to other medicine topics of international
interest! Have a nice day!

Dear Andrés,
Nice to hear about you. I am ready to participate with
you in any scientific activity and I thank you this
opportunity. This symposium is one of the most important
today in electrophysiology and I hope to be continued
or reedited regularly. Congratulations to you and Edgardo.
Also, I would like to send you congratulations and to
your partners about your nice paper dealing with vectocardiography
in chemical CMO ablation. It was really original and
very good!
Best regards!

Dear Dr. Andres Ricardo Pérez Riera
Congratulations on your great success of the virtual
symposium. I would like to express my sincere appreciation
to you and your colleagues for your effort to conduct
this meaningful symposium.
As some doctors pointed out, November may not be the
ideal time to hold such a symposium because of competing
American Heart Association meetings. In fact,
I was absent in my office almost half of the month.
January, February or March will be a preferable seasons
for any future events.
Anyway, once again, I would like to appreciate your
great task and congratulate on the wonderful success.
With my best regard.
Wataru Shimizu M.D., Ph.D.
Division of Cardiology, Department of Internal Medicine
National Cardiovascular Center
Was a great success. Unfortunately the Circulation
Research review with a banner announcing the Symposium
will not appear until Dec 12; I hope the URL remains
active and accessible for a few weeks.

Dear Andres and Edgardo
As the virtual symposium draws to a close, I would like
to express my sincere thanks to the two of you and your
colleagues for undertaking this monumental task and
executing it with such devotion and finesse. I
suspect that our colleagues worldwide echo these
sentiments.
As you may be aware, the month of November may not be
the ideal time to hold such a symposium because of competing
meetings such as the Cardiac Electrophysiology Society
and American Heart Association meetings and the Thanksgiving
holiday for those of us in the U.S. You may wish
to consider the months of February or March for any
future events. Despite this, the symposium was
a great success, serving to educate all of us about
this intriguing sudden death syndrome. This will no
doubt translate into better diagnosis, risk stratification
and treatment of patients afflicted with this disease.
My heartfelt congratulations to you on a job well done!
Warmest regards

Dear Andres and Edgardo,
This virtual symposium was a real experience for me.
It was also the first virtual symposium in which I ever
participated. I believe that the most important point
is that something like this helps to rapidly spread
common strategies for certain problems. For instance,
the discussion in the forum about exercise and Brugada
syndrome. It was extremely interesting. By the way,
it was something that never had been addressed in the
medical literature. I believe we can feel very happy
and from my side I congratulate you both for the effort
and the superb results.
Pedro Brugada
Dear Edgardo and Andres,
Those of us who had taken part in virtual congresses
previously held, had no doubt about the success this
symposium would have. I thank you for the effort you
have made, not just for those who participated, but
for patients as well. This was a demonstration that
both in Brazil and in Argentina there is very capable
people, of whom we are proud.
Regards,
Marcelo Chambo

Doctors Edgardo and Andres,
My warmest congratulations for the very high level of
this symposium. My participation, although passive,
(becauseâ?¦ I had so much to learn!!!)
was very enriching, and I think that for many participants
it must have been so, too. Some of us are professors,
and the knowledge on the topic will be widened with
what we learned from you and all the contributors. I
think this has been a Symposium of a super first world,
and we owe such level to the coordinators.
Kind regards from Venezuela,
NORA LOPEZ

Dear Dr. Edgardo,
I am very impressed with the very high level of the
symposium. I had so much to learn, although my participation
was passive. In my opinion it was very useful for all
participants. With big pleasure I would like to take
part in similar future symposiums. Thanks for sharing
you knowledge. Best wishes from Lithuania, Europe.
Sincerely Yours,

Dear Edgardo and Andres,
I don't know how to express my great joy with the results
of this virtual symposium. I have to admit that when
you began to develop your idea, I wasn't quite sure
about the symposium being a success, but in the end
it certainly was a success. And this thanks to your
extreme professionalism, dedication, warmth and love
with which you have carried out the whole process.
We, the Brugada brothers, are very excited and deeply
moved in our hearts with the effort you have devoted
to this symposium. We are lost for words to thank you
for all the time spent in talking, discussing, pondering
about something so dear to us, and that makes us feel
so proud. Your efforts encourage us to continue day
by day with our search, so as to explore all the corners
of the disease yet to be defined, to be discovered.
We hope that just as it has happened to date, this effort
will open the wonderful doors of knowledge that compel
us to seek more and more, and to make ourselves more
and more questions.
With all our affection.
With our most sincere thanks.

Queridos Edgardo y Andres,
